Gift card can be used both online and in-store.

Valid for purchase of roller skating tickets or skates/blades hire only.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or converted into other store credit.

Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase (either physical or digital).

Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.

Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.

Gift cards are valid until the expiry date shown on the card or receipt. Expired cards will not be accepted.

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with certain promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Any remaining balance will stay on the card until fully used or until expiry. No change will be given.

Roller One reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

How to Use Your Gift Card

Check Your Email
You will receive your gift card by email. -
Save or Share

Save the gift card to your phone’s photo album.

Or forward it to a friend as a gift.

Add to Roller One Wallet

Log in to our website.

Go to My Account → Wallet → Voucher.

Tap ADD.

Choose one of the following options:

Scan the QR code from your gift card.

Enter the card number/code manually.

Each gift card can only be added once.

Once linked, a card cannot be unlinked or transferred from the account you used.
