Function Room Booking Terms
- Bookings are non-refundable. Bookings may be rescheduled once only, subject to room availability.
- Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for birthday cakes.
- A $20 cakeage fee applies to birthday cakes and includes disposable plates and cutlery.
- Decorations are welcome, provided they do not damage the room or facilities and are removed after the booking.
- Please use the room, furniture and facilities responsibly.
- Children should be appropriately supervised at all times.
- If you would like to extend your booking, please let our staff know before your booking ends and arrange payment for the additional time.
- Please vacate the room by the end of your booked time.
- The room should be left reasonably tidy after use, with rubbish and personal belongings removed.
- Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if the room is left excessively dirty or any facilities are damaged.
