Please Note

• All parties will be hosted by members of our Roller One team. • A $200 deposit must be paid online at the time of booking. The remaining balance, along with any additional purchases, can be paid on the day by cash or card. • The final balance is based on your confirmed number of guests. Please note that the minimum spend per table/room still applies. • No outside food allowed except Birthday cakes • Arcade Time Play excluding claw games and prize games etc. • Rooms/tables will be assigned by our team according to the bookings on the day. ※Rescheduling: • Rescheduling within 3 months of the original party date is allowed, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date. • If you reschedule within 14 days of your party date, a rescheduling fee of $100 applies. • Rescheduling is allowed ONCE only. Any further changes will require a new booking, and the previously paid deposit will not be refunded. ※Cancellation: • If you cancel more than 14 days before your booking, your deposit will be refunded, but a cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted. • If you cancel within 14 days of your booking, the deposit is non-refundable. ※Guest Cancellations: • Final guest list confirmation should be made at least 3 days prior to your party date. Any guest cancellations after this confirmation or no-shows on the day will still be counted towards the final balance. • Please note that a minimum of 10 guests will still need to be paid for, regardless of cancellations.
